Tuesday Print Club

STARTING JANUARY 7th

Join our weekly Print Club, a welcoming space to explore and deepen your printmaking practice in a supportive small-group setting. With a mix of guided workshops and self-directed creativity, you’ll have the freedom to work on themes that inspire you. Over the 6 weeks we will cover printmaking techniques in relief, intaglio and planographic. A learning workshop session one week will follow with a self directed exploration the following week. What fun!!

All levels are welcome—come as you are, and let your creativity lead the way!

You will have access to:

Screen printing facilities

Linocut materials

Relief printing press

Etching press

Large selection of craft materials

Printing inks

​Cartridge paper

Newsprint paper

You will be encouraged to bring your own materials to suit the project that you are working on.

Tutor:

Aprille McShane is a practising visual artist and workshop leader with over 12 years experience. Her aim is to champion and support others in their creative journey. By listening, engaging and visualising, Aprille works to break down the idea of being ‘arty’ to enable an open and playful mindset that encourages people to build confidence and have a go. 

 

Environment:

Classes are held in Aprille’s one level working studio with ample dry table space, washing and toilet facilities. Please note as a working studio it is important to respect the space and equipment and a clean up is required as part of the session.
